What's at CBC

This page is for people who will be coming to Chaplin Baptist Church for the very first time. Often times, people aren't sure what to expect when they walk through the doors of our church, and we hope this page will help to answer some questions you might have before you get here!

Chaplin Baptist Church is located at 5585 Lawrenceburg Road in Bloomfield, Kentucky. You can get directions to our church from any location by visiting our "How to Get Here" page.

Sunday School classes begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by our worship service at 11:00. You should arrive 15 minutes early for your first day of Sunday School with us so that you can be directed to a class that best suits your needs. If you are planning to only attend the worship service, you should still arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting seated once inside.

This is perhaps on eof the most frequently asked questions by people who have not attended our services before. Though we should always dress in a manner that is respectful to ourselves, others, and most importantly - God, there is no set dress code at Chaplin Baptist Church and casual attire is appropriate. Whether you are dressed up or down, you are welcome.

During our worship servce, we sing many kinds of songs. We sing a variety of hymns, both old and new, common and rare. Some of our favorites at Chaplin Baptist include: "Victory in Jesus," "Oh How I Love Jesus," "Power in the Blood," "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus," and many more.
