Meet the Members Form

We are working on a new page for our church website where members and/or visitors can learn more about our deacons, staff, teachers, etc. Many visitors and new members at Chaplin Baptist Church don't know names that go with the faces they see, and aren't sure who to go to regarding different ministries, classes, etc. We hope to use the website as a way to make this easier for the folks in our congregation. If you would, please take a few moments to complete this form and return it to us at your earliest convenience. We also hope to get photos some time in the near future to post with each featured staff member, deacon, and/or teacher. Thank you in advance!
